Steps to add a user to GateKeeper from the Hub.
How to add a new user from the GateKeeper Hub.
1. Log in to your GateKeeper Hub.

2. Click "Users Management", and click "GateKeeper Users".

3. Click "+ Add New Users".

4. Fill in the user's information.
- Full Name and Email are required to be filled in.
- Phone number and Employee ID are not required to be filled in. Department will be set as General unless specified.
- Then click Next.
5. Choose your token type from the drop-down menu. By default, Halberd is selected or choose Android or iPhone.
Fill in the Serial Number and PIN; by default, the user is required to reset their PIN at first login. [Serial numbers are printed on the back of the token]
If you want to choose the token's PIN for the user, please select No from the Reset PIN dropdown menu. Click Next.
6. Please input a valid computer credential for the user. If you're using Kiosk Mode, leave these fields empty and click Next. Add a KB that links to kiosk mode
- Select the Type of credential, Domain, or Windows Local. For Azure/Entra ID accounts, toggle the Azure AD switch to Yes.
- For domain accounts, add the Active Directory domain name and the account username. Leave the password field blank; users will add their password during their login attempt. Click Next.
- For Windows local accounts, enter the computer name (in all capital letters) as the Domain.
7. Verify the user and token information is correct and click Save Users. Now, the user will receive an email letting them know the account was set up and is ready for first-time use. Done!
- Allow new GateKeeper users to access every computer connected to this GateKeeper Hub by default. This setting can be changed for individual users in the Users section.
- WARNING: Providing global computer access means that the user will be able to authenticate with their token on EVERY GateKeeper-enabled computer in the organization.
