Using a lanyard with GateKeeper Tokens
It is highly recommended that you keep your GateKeeper Halberd key fob in direct line of sight to your computer's GateKeeper USB proximity sensors. The best way to keep your GateKeeper Proximity token in line of sight is to wear it on a lanyard around your neck. The best advantage is that you'll never forget your key.

If you are wearing your token on a lanyard, make sure your USB sensor is on your monitor facing you:
If you have your GateKeeper token on your waist or in your pants pocket, place the USB sensor under your desk:
Keeping the key fob in your pocket may result in unintended locking of the computer while a user is working. To combat this, we recommend using the lanyard to keep the key fob in line of sight of your sensor.
Make sure your USB Bluetooth proximity sensors are also properly placed in sight of where you keep your key fob while working.
