Low battery. What to do?

GateKeeper Halberd Token - Low Battery.

Plug USB-C Type charging cable into GateKeeper token for 15 minutes to fully charge.	To check the battery status on the GateKeeper Halberd key fob token, press and hold the action button on the side for 3-4 seconds. The Halberd will beep and the LED will flash green if the battery is good. If the key does not beep, the LED flashes red, or does not light up, please replace the battery with a new CR2450 3V lithium coin cell battery.

Make sure to insert the battery into the token at an angle to make sure it seats properly. An improper connection between the battery and the token can result in intermittent locking incidents.

How long your battery lasts depends on usage - the CR2450 3V lithium battery in the GateKeeper Halberd can last between 2-3 months.
