All GateKeeper hardware (USB sensors and Halberd tokens) purchased from Untethered Labs include a 1-year limited warranty to cover any manufacturer's defects. For example, if the hardware suddenly stopped functioning.
We do NOT replace any hardware with broken or missing components. Please use the following articles below to determine if your hardware is malfunctioning.
To receive a replacement, contact GateKeeper Support at support@gkaccess.com and provide the following to confirm you're eligible for a replacement:
- Order number from a purchase within one calendar year of the requested date
