Grant Login Access without Sharing Passwords.
Admins can avoid the hassles of managing individual passwords with a user by replacing passwords with a proximity token. Instead of sharing 50 passwords and usernames to different accounts, simply share a key with each user that grants them access to each web, application, and computer login account that they need to do their jobs without sharing passwords.
Admins can:
-
Replace passwords with a proximity key for each user to avoid memorizing or typing any passwords.
-
Admins can create long and complex passwords that will be too difficult to write down, reuse, or share. Then add passwords to each user's GateKeeper account without letting them know what the passwords are. Users can then access their all passwords with their key fob.
-
When you need to share an existing password with a user, share the password with their account.
- When a password changes, no need to tell anyone. Any passwords changed in the GateKeeper Hub by the admin will automatically sync with the user's computer. Change user's password in the Hub. Change user's AD passwords.
For any additional questions or concerns regarding authentication, proximity settings, computer locking, credential management, or compliance, please contact GateKeeper Enterprise support using the Support Ticket form on https://gkaccess.com/support/ or email support@gkaccess.com.
