Click the Button on the Side of the Key to Remote Lock
GateKeeper locks your computer when you press the action button on the token. On your hardware token (GateKeeper Halberd), it's the button on the right side. If you are using your phone as your soft token, it is the green "Lock" button at the bottom of the GateKeeper Trident app:
Auto-Lock Computers when Users Leave.
GateKeeper automatically lock PCs when the token is no longer in range of computer. After installation, GateKeeper is already set to auto-lock by default. If you have changed your settings and wish to auto-lock, please open the GateKeeper Client application on your desktop.
For the best results, we recommend using 2 USB proximity sensors and keeping your key fob in direct line of sight with at least 1 of the sensors.
