If you need computer access as soon as possible, you can contact your GateKeeper Hub Administrator, who can enforce unlocking the computer.

3. Search the computer using the search bar.
4. Click the 'Profile' under the 'Actions' column.
5. In the middle of the tab, you will see the 'GateKeeper Access Status' and the 'Access Locked' status.
6. Click the 'Clear GateKeeper Access Lock' then wait for like 30-60 seconds.
7. Close the tab and re-open the tab, the 'GateKeeper Access State' has been changed to 'Access Enabled'.
Now, the computer is unlocked for the GateKeeper access.
