If you are awaiting a package in the mail from GateKeeper, you should have been emailed a tracking number from your account manager. Please contact support@gkaccess.com with your name and tracking number to inquire if your package has not arrived in the expected time frame. There may be an issue with the shipping company. Please note that international orders not made through DHL will take longer to arrive from the U.S.
