Move Computer from One Group to Another
Yes, a computer can only be in one Group at a time. All users in a Group have access to the computers in the same Group. A Group in GateKeeper decides which users can access a computer using their GateKeeper tokens. This is done through the "Settings" section of the Group, which includes methods for locking and unlocking computers. Since each computer can only have one set of settings, a computer CANNOT be placed in more than one group. So, if a computer is assigned to a new Group, it will be automatically removed from its previous group.
For any additional questions or concerns regarding proximity settings, computer locking, credential management, or compliance, please contact GateKeeper Enterprise support using the Support Ticket form on https://gkaccess.com/support/ or email support@gkaccess.com.
