What are PIN Complexity Rules in GateKeeper?

Admins can set rules for users' token PINs including, minimum length, special characters, lowercase letters, uppercase letters, minimum digit count, maximum consecutive characters, disallowed words, and reset time. The more complex and longer your employees' PINs, the more protected they are.

To configure PIN Complexity Rules in GateKeeper Hub, follow the directions below.

Configuring the PIN complexity rules in the GateKeeper Hub

1. Log into the GateKeeper Hub admin console.

2. Click "Groups & Settings"

3. Click "Global Settings"

4. Click "USER SETTINGS"

5. Scroll down until you see PIN Complexity Rules and click "Configure."

6. Click "Configure" to save the new policy rules
