In GateKeeper, users must be in the same Group as the computer they need to access. There are two ways to determine which Group a user belongs to: from the user's Profile page or from the Groups & Settings page. To see what Group a user or computer is in, please follow the directions below.
Finding a User's Group from the User's Profile
1. Log in to the GateKeeper Hub and go to "Users Management".
2. Click "GateKeeper Users"
3. Use the search box on the right to search for the user's name
4. Locate the user's name and click "Profile" next to their name
5. Select the "Groups" tab
6. Here, all the groups that the user is in will be displayed
Finding a User's Group from Groups & Settings
1. Log in to the GateKeeper Hub and go to "Groups & Settings".
2. Use the search box on the right to search the user's name in the Groups.
3. It will show the groups that the user is in.
The results will show which Groups the user is a part of.
