Send alert when low battery occurs.

Admins can set up an Alert to be sent whenever a low battery is detected on a GateKeeper Halberd token.

Click on the Alert, tab and open Manage Alerts.

Click on System Alerts.

Click the Low Battery alert and switch the Status to Active.

Click on the Delivery tab to select delivery schedule, method (text, email), and recipient. Click Save when done.

Alternatively, to see all the tokens with low battery, please follow the steps below:

1. Open Google Chrome/Firefox web browser.

2. Log in to GateKeeper Hub.

3. Once you're on the Dashboard page, click Users on the left side.

4. Scroll through all users and see if there are any warnings for "low battery" next to any name.

Here, you can see all the tokens with low batteries for users.

For rechargeable tokens, plug the GateKeeper token into a USB-C charger for 15 minutes.

For battery-powered tokens, please swap out any low batteries (CR2450 for Halberd tokens) as soon as possible in order to avoid being locked out/downtime.

Make sure to insert the battery into the token at an angle to make sure it seats properly. An improper connection between the battery and the token can result in intermittent locking incidents.
