Adding your GateKeeper Subscription License to the GateKeeper Hub

The following guide provides step-by-step instructions for adding/uploading a license to your GateKeeper Hub instance, cloud, or on-premise users. 

1. Go to your custom GateKeeper Hub website. For Cloud Hub users, you can access the website by logging into your Customer Portal account and clicking on Hub Deployments. For On-premise Hub users, you'll need the IP address and port number of the computer hosting the GateKeeper Hub database. Please contact your network administrator for assistance finding this information.

2. Log in to your GateKeeper Hub account.

3. Click the Administration tab > Click the License tab > Click + Add New License button.

4. There are three ways to add your license.

• You can download your purchased license from your customer portal account and then upload it on this screen or
• You can type in the license number on this screen or
• You can log in to your customer portal on this screen to directly add your license.

Click Upload when done.

Congratulations! Your license has been added to your GateKeeper Hub admin console!

Going forward, if you need to add more users to your purchased GateKeeper subscription license, log in to your customer portal, go to Licenses, then click Add Users next to that License. Click here for how to add users to the subscription license:
