Begin by submitting "Help logs" that we will use to help diagnose the error.
1. Open your GateKeeper Client application on your PC by pressing the Windows key on your keyboard and start typing "GateKeeper".
2. Go to "Help" in the lower left corner.
3. Fill in your email and explanation on the error.
4. Click Submit to finish - your logs will be sent to GateKeeper support for diagnosis. Untethered Labs/your support team will reach out to you with the next steps toward a resolution. Technical support staff are on standby to work with you to solve the issue.
