- From the computer, open the Control Panel.
2. Click 'Uninstall a Program', select 'GateKeeper Client', then click 'Uninstall'.
After uninstalling the GateKeeper Client, please delete the C:\ProgramData\GateKeeper folder as part of a clean uninstall process.
This folder contains local GateKeeper Client data, such as logs, cached settings, and configuration files. Removing this folder helps ensure that any leftover local data from the previous installation is cleared from the computer.
Please note that deleting this folder will also remove local logs, so if troubleshooting is needed, we recommend collecting the logs before deleting it.
For any additional questions or concerns regarding faster 2FA, proximity settings, computer locking, password management, or compliance, please contact GateKeeper Enterprise support using the Support Ticket form on https://gkaccess.com/support/ or email support@gkaccess.com.
