If you did not use the GateKeeper Client API Key (click here to learn more) for installing the client software, then you will need to approve the connection between the Hub and the Client computers manually.
- Open Google Chrome/Firefox web browser.
- Log in to the GateKeeper Hub.
- Click the Computers Management tab. From the dropdown, click GateKeeper Computers.
- In the Computer column, click the red Approve Computer button next to any computer that needs approval. Done!
