The GateKeeper Hub will report the Bluetooth status of any GateKeeper-enabled computer. From the 'Computers' tab in the Hub, you will be able to view the Bluetooth status for each computer.
Hover your mouse icon over the 'Yes' or 'No' to determine which type of Bluetooth sensor is being detected by the GateKeeper. We recommend using at least (1) GateKeeper USB sensor at all times.
Why do I need a USB Bluetooth sensor with my GateKeeper Halberd?
Yes = The computer is using internal Bluetooth or GateKeeper USB sensor.
No = The computer is not using internal Bluetooth or GateKeeper USB sensor.
Unknown =The computer's outdated client software can't verify Bluetooth, so the computer needs to update its client software. After you update the software on the computer, its Bluetooth status will change to either 'Yes' or 'No'.
